Aero Industries Announces Strategic Acquisition
of OCA

Indianapolis, IN — Aero Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of tarping systems and accessories for the truck and transportation industries, has announced the acquisition of OCA, a Streetsboro, Ohio-based installer and servicer of tarps, tarping systems, and other accessories.

The acquisition was complete in the spring of 2000. Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. OCA's employees have all been retained as employees of Aero.

According to Dave Boyd, Aero Chief Operating Officer, the OCA acquisition represents a key strategic decision for Aero.

A long-time installer of tarps and tarping systems, OCA is also a specialist in dump bed liners. Boyd said that Aero products, including the company's innovative Conestoga tarping system, are already being installed at OCA.

"We're very pleased to bring OCA into the Aero family," Boyd said. "The move has already had a positive impact on our position in these intensely competitive markets."
