Aero's tarping systems have always been the fastest and easiest way to cover your load securely. Now they've developed a way to make electric tarp systems faster and easier to install than ever before. Aero's new Wireless Connect eliminates the need to run wire from the motor to the dump/trailer rear pivot point and back to the power source. The Wireless Connect allows for better motor efficiency due to the elimination of long runs of electrical wire. Long lengths of electrical wire increase amperage draw on the trucks electrical system, along with reducing the voltage to the motor. In addition, Wireless Connect offers added safety features. With Wireless Connect, contacts are installed on the truck frame and the dump body/trailer, so the system cannot operate when the dump is in the air. Aero's new Wireless Connect is designed to fit most new and existing tarping systems.
